The weaknesses

I recently made a list of my weakest faults as a writer:
1) may suck
2) tendency to overly complex storylines/too many themes
3) I like the sound of my own voice
4) bad choices= not, at some point, thinking about what an audience might actually want to see
5) not getting enough out there/collaborating
6) enough true details (i.e., going for the big before nailing down the small)
I then realized that these are the faults (except for item #1) that most writers have.
But there are tried and true fixes for all of the above (except for item #1):
1) may suck -- can't do much about that
2) tendency to overly complex storylines/too many themes --- structure
3) I like the sound of my own voice -- edit/cut
4) bad choices= not, at some point, thinking about what an audience might actually want to see -- get feedback
5) not getting enough out there/collaborating to know if all of the above a problem -- get more feedback, readings, etc...
6) enough true details (i.e., going for the big before nailing down the small) -- re-writing
Fairly straightforward, really.
